Question ? :   Who wrote the HVACU manual and software ?

Answer     :   HVACU was written and edited by a team of consulting engineers and college professor's. Jack Jenkins P.E. headed up the design team. Jack has practiced HVAC design for more than 40 year's.

Question ? : Can the HVAC manual and software be used for large "built up" system design

Answer     : Yes' for example the HVACU manual and software can be used to determine loads and design low velocity duct systems. The designer would need to go to other design sources for chilled water piping and high velocity duct design.

Question ? : What about future code changes ?

Answer     : The manual and software will be upgraded when code changes occur. These upgrades will be furnished at a nominal charge.

Question ? : What is included in the $250.00 package ?

Answer     :  This package consists of a 8.5 inch x 11 inch hard bound manual in color. The software disc is designed using Microsoft excel. If you are engaged in day by day design the hard bound manual is recommended.

Question ?  I do not have excel software ?

Answer     :  A student & teacher version is available for about $150.00.
 This is valuable spreadsheet software. If you plan to use excel for the HVACU software only, we can furnish you a free copy at no charge
